Not happy with your purchase? No problem as you can return the items to us within 14 days from the day of receipt if it isn’t suitable.
Please return the unworn item with the tags intact and in its original packaging. On receipt of the returned item, providing they are in their original state, we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment method.
The costs incurred for delivery back to us will not be refunded.
– The item must be in re-saleable condition and returned to the store within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
– We cannot guarantee return of item so we do strongly encourage you to please send it via tracked post. Should any uninsured items be damaged during the returns process please note that you will be responsible for them.

You can return the goods back to the shop if you with.

Click and Collect
You can pay for your goods online and we will contact you when the goods are ready for collection.
Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 2 – 3 working days of receipt. You can expect the refund to reach your account within 5 -10 working days. If after 10 working days you have not received your refund please contact us at 0579120014 and we will investigate immediately.
Cancelled Orders by Us
Occasionally due to stock issues we may have to cancel items within your order because we are unable to fulfil them. In this case we will not have charged your card at this point, so the order will be voided and the original card authorisation reversed. This should not result in any charge to your card.
